Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
At EduCoreErp ("EduCorErp", "we", "us", or "our"), safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of students, parents, teachers, and school administrators is our foremost commitment. This Privacy Policy details our policies on the collection, processing, encryption, and storage of institutional data.
1. Data Ownership
All institutional data — including student names, parent contact numbers, academic grades, fee ledgers, and staff records — remains the 100% exclusive property of the subscribing school or trust. EduCore acts strictly as a data processor and cloud infrastructure custodian.
2. Information We Process
To enable core school functionality, EduCorErp processes: student academic information, emergency contact numbers, fee transaction identifiers, biometric shift timestamps, and geolocation telemetry during active school bus trips. We never sell, monetize, or broker school data to advertising networks or third parties.
3. Bank-Grade Encryption & Cloud Infrastructure
EduCore stores all tenant databases on Indian cloud data centers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Multi-tenant database isolation ensures zero cross-institution data bleed.
4. Contact Our Privacy Officer
If you have questions regarding data compliance or wish to request data purging upon contract completion, email our compliance officer at [email protected].
